RETURNS CONDITIONS

The item must be in it’s original unused condition, complete with it’s original packaging, instruction manuals etc.
Returned with original packaging slip as proof of purchase.
If the item is faulty, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered.

The below items are excluded from this policy, except where they are faulty, so please choose carefully

Is postage for returns free?
Yes, if you arrange collection of your parcel via our Customer Service team. Should you return via a different courier, the cost will not be reimbursed and we suggest you obtain a tracking number for security purposes.
Have you received my return?
Our Customer Service team will send you an email to let you know when your returned item/s have been successfully delivered to us.
How long until I get a refund?
For online purchases returned to our distribution centre, please allow for 7 working days for your refund to appear in your account from the date the return arrived back to us. If returning to a store the refund should appear within 2-3 hours of the refund transaction.
I think my item is faulty, what should I do?
If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please contact our Customer Service team to discuss your return options. Alternatively, you can bring in the faulty item to one of our stores.

If the item is deemed faulty by our store team, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered.
Can I drop my items at the distribution centre?
No. You can however, return your items to your local store. Find a store
I’ve received the wrong items, what should I do?
If you have received the wrong item, then please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you in getting this issue resolved.
